1.Acceptance of Terms By booking online

2.Booking And Payment

3.Changes and Cancellations

-For Private flights, Royal flights and classic flights for groups of more than 10 passengers, changes are free of charge up to 48 hours before the flight, after which charges will apply. Beyond that, charges will apply.
-Cancellation : In the event of cancellation on your part, the following charges will apply :

• -For classic flights (less than 10 passengers) Cancellation more than 2 days before the scheduled date, a full refund will be made; if less than 48 hours before, no refund will be made.
• -For Private flights, Royal flights and classic flights for groups of more than 10 passengers, cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the flight. After that, the service is non-refundable.

-Cancellation by the agency : The agency reserves the right to cancel the flight in the event of adverse weather conditions, technical problems or any other reason deemed necessary for safety. In this case, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4.Weather and Safety

-Weather conditions : Hot-air balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. The agency reserves the right to postpone or cancel a flight due to unpredictable or dangerous weather conditions.
-Safety : Your safety is our priority. Passengers must follow all instructions given by the pilot. The agency declines all responsibility for any failure to comply with safety instructions.

5.Liability & Insurance

-Liability : The agency cannot be held responsible for personal injury or property damage resulting from the ballooning activity, except in cases of gross negligence or professional misconduct.
-Insurance : Civil liability insurance is included for each passenger during the flight. Details of coverage can be provided on request.

6.Privacy & Personal Data

-Data Collection : Personal information collected at the time of booking is used only to manage your reservation and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
-Data Protection : We implement security measures to protect your personal information.
